Rejuvenating Kale Juice Recipe

A friend recently shared this rejuvenating kale juice recipe with me. After trying it, I found this drink to be refreshing, healthy, and simple to make so I wanted to share it with all of you. The full recipe is listed on the pineapple recipe card above.

What you need: 1. Pineapple 2. Cucumber 3. Kale 4. Coconut Water or Plain Yogurt (If you are using a blender) 5. A Juicer or Blender Directions using a juicer: Step 1: Cut the pineapple into chunks and put into the juicer on high. Step 2: Put kale into the juicer on high. Step 3: Put cucumber into the juicer on medium. Step 4: Pour over ice and voila! Don't have a juicer? You can also make the rejuvenating kale juice in a blender. Here is how to make rejuvenating kale juice using a blender: Step 1: Combine coconut water, pineapple, cucumber, and kale into blender.  *Note: For a creamier smoothie, you can use plain yogurt instead of coconut water. Step 2: Blend. Step 3: Voila!
